Baseera Business Group or BBG was founded with a very simple goal, to provide a clear business plan to improve our clients' organization. For that reason, we chose the word Baseera which in Arabic means clear or insightful.

Founder and Owner

Omar's counsel has often been sought when his friends needed business advice. Whether in the dental, logistics, or construction industry, his expertise has proven invaluable for those who have reached out.

An Egyptian native, Omar was raised in NJ, where he graduated from Rutgers University with honors for both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Omar moved down to Miami to help open up a new branch for a boutique consulting firm but is now well on his way to establishing his own.
